Following on from Jamaica we have the French team kit. Demonstrated by the lovely Pierre Ambroise Bosse and Christophe Lemaitre. I love this kit, I think its designed brilliantly. It demonstrates the power of simplicity. The lines are clean, the colour is very flattering and it has lovely retro touches like the high collar and capped sleeves.
Next we move on to the important business of accessorizing. Moscow was an excellent championships for the art of accessorizing. We begin with Czech 400m runner Pavel Maslak and his Czech themed 'speed sleeves.' Not just a patriotic arm decoration my friends but also a super sporting aid for added aerodynamics.
Carrying on the patriotic theme, we come to David Storl and his celebration hat. After winning shot-put gold he went to the crowd and collected a German flag and this natty little flag hat. I love a celebration accessory and David is rocking this one. What really makes it is the jaunty angle he's positioned his hat at.
And finally we come to a true classic of accessorizing. An all time great, if you will. An old-school Hollywood signifier for glamour; red lipstick. The gorgeous Muriel Ahoure demonstrates here that red lipstick can change pretty much any outfit and give you a touch of glamour in an instant. Her make up here is absolutely immaculate and complements her natural beauty so well.
